Agency adds API access, prioritized support, up to 10 members, and 50 GB of storage, making it the right fit for agencies and growing product teams.
A seat is any internal team member with dashboard access — the people triaging and managing feedback. End users submitting bugs through the embed widget are always unlimited and free on every plan.
Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time and save. We will apply a prorated credit for your remaining monthly period.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and we will prorate the difference automatically. No contracts, no lock-in.
